Before our visit, please ensure the following steps are taken to prepare your caravan adequately: **Clear the Working Area:** Remove any outdoor items (such as awnings or furniture) around the caravan to provide clear access to walkways and all edges or the van for the damp report. **Provide Access Details:** Ensure that any keys or access codes required for our team to enter the caravan or campsite are readily available. **Water and Power:** Ensure mains power is accessible and a full water barrel is available to allow us to fill and test the water system. If possible, fully charge your leisure battery. This will allow us to test it fully **Safe Working Area:** Please ensure the caravan is positioned on flat level and solid ground with at least 1m free around the van. This will ensure we can work safely. These preparations will help us efficiently and effectively carry out all inspections and servicing, ensuring your caravan remains in top condition.
